好幾次經過這一家店，總是看它有人在排隊等候，今天山米要來解鎖這一家店，因為他裡面有很可愛的泡澡熊🐻！
早上約莫10點半左右就已經有人在門口等了，還好我們還蠻幸運的一進去就有位子，整個空間非常寬敞他跟一般的早午餐店不太一樣，在店內的後方，竟然有一個大圓桌感覺好像在吃滿漢全席的感覺，而且還有一個很奢華浮誇的大水晶吊燈在大圓桌的正上方。整個店裡幾乎都是客滿，而且才早上10點半左右耶！帶位的途中他的旁邊還有一個雲朵造景，可以打卡拍照，空間真的設計的非常好，在店內的後方還有兩個區塊類似包廂的,很適合公司聚會或是朋友聚餐。就定位之後馬上打開菜單來看他的早午餐選擇有三種，山米選擇了安格斯舒肥牛排；朋友則選了白酒蛤蠣義大利麵，除了早午餐以外其他的主餐都可以升級套餐喔～就會有湯品大蒜麵包飲料等等..很超值！..除了療癒的泡澡熊外，還有他們特別的鹹蛋黃舒芙蕾，我們當然也不例外的一定要點來試試。
另外我們也點了他們的炸物美式脆薯。在這邊要提醒大家舒芙蕾還有泡澡熊的製作時間會比較久一點，約莫半小時喔！
首先上場的是他們的大蒜麵包還有濃湯，再來就是我們的美式脆薯，還好沒有讓我們失望，吃起來真的就是很脆，而且它有點調味在裡面鹹鹹的很好吃，小朋友一口接著一口不用到5分鐘已經嗑光 哈 😂再來就是白酒蛤蠣義大利麵他其實口感跟一般的義大利麵差不了多少，緊接著就是安格斯舒肥牛排🤩，在早午餐看起來他屬於是比較精緻的，而且他的配菜很特別他是用龍鬚菜然後加上芝麻糊沙拉醬，另外旁邊有一小杯的毛豆沙拉，然後有一小坨的米飯球，然後還有幾片脆薯，當然主菜就是安格斯牛排！其實這些菜看起來沒什麼，但他確實會很有飽足感的因為毛豆和米飯球就讓你很有飽足感還有脆薯！其實這樣對一個女生來說他的份量是足夠。再來就是我們的重頭戲，泡澡熊卡布奇諾🐻 哇～這個怎麼吃的下去啦！嗶嗶 犯規 ！太可愛了⋯好療癒⋯當然相機先吃！哈 不忍心破壞它，它可是花了半個小時做好的耶⋯⋯緊接著是鹹蛋黃舒芙蕾，黃澄澄的鹹蛋黃液淋在舒芙蕾上，在頂部還有一球香草冰淇淋，鹹鹹甜甜的配上柔軟的舒芙蕾，其實口感還蠻特別的，如果不喜歡吃鹹蛋黃的人可能就會覺得口感不太ㄧ樣，但配上香草冰淇淋，鹹蛋黃的味道有一點點被中和掉，沒有那麽衝擊。在現在ㄧ片草莓季中它算是異軍突起！
在離開時餐廳已高朋滿座，沒想到一出門口～哇.. 好多人在等候位耶！想要來解鎖泡澡熊的要提早來喔！
I have passed by this store several times, always seeing people waiting in line. Today, though, Sammy will finally journy inside and join the cute bathing bear that's relaxing inside 🐻!
Someone was waiting at the door at about 10:30 in the morning. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have a seat as soon as we entered. The whole resturant is very spacious. It is different from ordinary brunch shops. At the back of the shop, there is a large round table which feels as if you are eating at a full banquet, and there is also a very luxurious and exaggerated large crystal chandelier directly above the large round table. The entire store is almost full, and it's only about 10:30 in the morning!
On the way to take your seat, there is a cute cloud landscaped area you can check in and take pictures at. The space is really well designed. There are two blocks at the back of the store that resemble boxes.
After being seated, I open the menu and see their three brunch options. Sammy chose Angus Shufei Steak; my friend chose white wine clam spaghetti. All main meals except brunch can be upgraded to set menu. Oh~ there will be soups, garlic bread, drinks, etc.. Very good value!
In addition to the healing bears in the bath, they also have their special salted egg yolk souffles. Of course, we had to try.we also ordered their fried American crispy potatoes. I would like to remind everyone that the production time of Shu Fulei and Bath Bear will be longer, about half an hour!
The first thing that came on the market was their garlic bread and thick soup, and then our American crispy potato. Fortunately, it did not disappoint us. It was really crunchy, and it was slightly seasoned, salty, and delicious. The clam spaghetti with white wine is actually kind of bland and the taste is not much different from ordinary spaghetti. Followed by Angus Shufei Steak 🤩.
At brunch, they seem to be more delicate, and the side dishes are very special. They uses asparagus and then add sesame paste salad dressing where there is a small cup next to it. The edamame salad, then there is a small pile of rice balls, and then there are a few crispy potatoes, of course the main course is Angus steak!
In fact, these dishes look small in proportion, but they do feel full because the edamame and rice balls make you feel full! In fact, this is enough for a girl. Next is our highlight, soaking bear cappuccino 🐻 Wow~ how to eat this! It's so cute... it's healing... of course the camera will eat first! Ha can't bear to destroy it, it took half an hour to make it. followed by the salted egg yolk soufflé, the yellow and orange salted egg yolk is poured on the soufflé, and there is a ball of vanilla ice cream on the top, Salty and sweet. The soft soufflé is actually quite special. If you don’t like to eat salted egg yolks, you may find the taste is not so good, but with vanilla ice cream, the taste of salted egg yolks is slightly neutralized and not so shocking.
When I left, the restaurant was full of friends and families waiting to get in. Those who want to check out the bath bear should come early!
