慢工出細活-森廣豐素食精進料理－山米的部落格

那一天臨時要家庭聚餐，因為家裡的長輩吃素所以決定選擇要吃素食餐廳，無意中來到這一家中正路上的森廣豐素食料理。這跟我們之前在吃的蔬食料理不太一樣，他屬於比較精緻的料理，而且是現點現做的，他同時有中式跟日式泰式料理很多樣化的選擇，這對我們平常都是吃中式的素食餐廳來說是有新鮮感的！裡面的環境呢⋯⋯還蠻有日式風格，座位不多所以不會覺得很擁擠或是吵雜。點菜之後他會先上熱茶，由於是現點現做的，所以在上菜的時候時間上會有一點比較慢，但是後來有跟他反應說其實可以做一樣出一樣不用說等到集中之後再一起出，因為長輩們其實會等的有點不耐煩，這是唯一一點可能比較美中不足的地方，不過他們的態度都還算蠻好的也很親切。其中菜單的部分比較大推的是烤飯糰🍙，他烤的真的連我們的長輩都說有鍋巴味吃起來很香甜甜的口感很香，另外他的川菜粵菜方面也做的口感相當的精緻，還有他們拿手的日式料理，手捲吃起來很爽口，不會覺得美乃滋太多或太少調理的剛剛好！總體看來這一家素食精進料理給四顆🌟可以推薦給喜歡嘗試一下不一樣口感的蔬食料理的人來吃吃看⋯⋯
