發現這一家在屏東巷內的小餐酒館是因為剛好朋友來屏東找我玩，剛好時間也已經有一點晚了所以當時就搜尋了一下火車站周邊的餐酒館，所以發現這一家人氣還不錯的上海工廠factory26 ！而且其實還蠻好找的，就在火車站的旁邊走路大概5分鐘就到了。
想說因為剛好是週末的晚上所以先打個電話問一下是否要預約，老闆很熱心的告訴我從車站到主管的位置並且幫我們留位子，一到店內的時候剛好打開門就是老闆，他馬上就幫我們帶位，那個時候已經將近晚上10點了，店內還是座無虛席挺熱鬧的，但是供餐時間好像是到10:30的樣子，所以我們就趕快先點了兩個主食讚岐烏龍麵，然後再來就點了調酒，那因為剛好是他們最後一次點餐，所以服務人員推薦我們點了一個炸物拼盤，等一下剛好吃完主食的時候可以邊聊天邊喝小酒吃著炸物。
於是我們兩個點了烏龍麵，一個牛肉的、一個是泡菜起司口味，牛肉的部分的話它的肉其實還蠻嫩的，口感吃起來很嫩，但因個人覺得口味有稍稍偏甜一點，那因為我想說可以點一個別的跟朋友一起分享，服務人員就推薦了我泡菜起司烏龍麵，它的辣度剛好然後起司融在裡面，讓你吃起來就是濃濃的起司香味加上泡菜味無違和！覺得價位上稍微高一點😅但是整體的感覺還不錯吃，所以還在可以接受的範圍內。接下來是調酒的部分我喝的就是性感海灘，然後朋友點了一杯紫蘇梅伏特加，老闆很熱情拿了不同的伏特加讓我們試口感也做了一些介紹，我們喝下來感覺紫蘇梅的最特別而且還蠻好喝的，所以最後就選擇了紫蘇梅伏特加下次你們可以試試看.喝酒的時候他們還會送免費的小餅乾，服務人員都很親切還蠻熱心推薦餐點或是詢問我們是不是有需要幫忙的或是要介紹餐點的部分。最後的結帳的時候大概看了一下他們吧台的週邊，發現了有手工明信片，老闆說這個是可以免費拿回去的，所以就拿了三張，質感還不錯。整體上，下一次還是會再光顧這家店，試試他們不同的菜色，有機會大家可以去試試看，喝個小酒也可以請老闆幫你做介紹喔⋯⋯而且老闆很酷的是他還有做指甲彩繪哈哈😆

I found this bistro in Pingtung small street,because my friend came to Pingtung visit me, and it was a bit a little late on Friday night,so I searched for the bistro around the train station, I found this one Shanghai factory factory26! And it's actually quite easy to find, it's about 5-minute walk from the train station.
because is Friday night,so I called first and asked if I can make an reservation ,The boss was very enthusiastic and told me to go from the station was very easy to find it and he help us reserve a seat. When I arrived in the store, I just opened the door and it was the boss,He helped us get a table right away. It was nearly 10 pm by that time, and the restaurant was still full of people, but the last order seemed to be 10:30pm, so we quickly ordered two main dishes, Sanuki Oolong. Noodles, and then came back and ordered bartending. Because is their last order, so the waiter recommended us to order a fried food platter. When we finished eating the main food, we could chat and drinking .
So the two of us ordered udon noodles, one with beef and the other with kimchi cheese. The meat of the beef is actually quite tender, and the taste is very tender, but I personally think the taste is a little sweeter. , that's because I wanted to order another one to share with friends, so the girl she recommended me kimchi cheese udon noodles, it's just the right degree of spiciness and the cheese melts in it, making you taste thick The aroma of the company and the taste of kimchi are in harmony! I think the price is a little higher😅 but the overall feeling is not bad, so it is still within the acceptable range. Next is the bartending part. I drank Sexy on the Beach, and then my friend ordered a glass of perilla vodka. The boss was very enthusiastic and brought different vodkas for us to test the taste and gave some introductions. After drinking it, we felt the most special of perilla And it's quite delicious, so I chose basil vodka in the end. You can try it next time. When drinking, they will also give free biscuits. The service staff are very kind and enthusiastic to recommend meals or ask us Not the part that needs help or to introduce the meal. At the end of the checkout, I looked around their bar and found that there were handmade postcards. The boss said that they could be taken back for free, so I took three of them, and the texture was not bad. So I will visit this bar again and try their other different dishes. If you have a chance, you can try it out. You can also ask the boss to introduce you for some different vodka or any alcohol drink you want to try...By the way ,the boss is very cool,her wife did his nail painting haha 😆
