位於美術東路上的波特廚房，是一家位在2樓，寬敞的餐廳，然而，裡面的佈置稍顯雜亂。儘管服務人員相當貼心，但他們竟然會忘記上餐點，而且再次提醒之後朋友的咖啡還是等了20分鐘才上來，這讓人感到有些失望。
今天在波特廚房品嚐的燉飯，口感相較於其他地方所吃過的燉飯偏硬。雖然有些人可能喜歡這樣的口感，但對我們來說，還是希望燉飯能再溼軟一些。至於香草風味爐烤珍珠半雞，肉質略顯乾澀，切開後還能看到一些血絲。儘管如此，風乾蕃茄霜降牛肉佐芝麻葉披薩的表現則相對不錯，是當天餐點中的亮點。波特廚房的pizza從捏麵皮開始全都是現點現做，店內的Pizza尺吋皆為8吋，經過爐燒的手工餅皮，這帶筋性的薄片pizza來這非點不可。
波特廚房提供的菜單擁有多樣的美食選擇，包括凱撒起司羅曼沙拉、香腸白酒蛤蠣配薄餅、風乾蕃茄霜降牛肉佐芝麻葉、低溫油封鴨腿松露燉飯、日本明太子小卷墨魚燉飯和21天乾式熟成脆皮鴨胸等。另外餐廳裡面也有販售葡萄酒。
值得一提的是，我們在波特廚房慶祝朋友的生日時，發現餐廳並未提供特別的壽星活動。因為恰好隔壁桌也有人慶生，我們看到他們有一盤裝飾精美的生日甜點，經詢問後才得知，那是客人自己單點的。
總體來說，波特廚房以中上價位呈現多樣的美食，但在餐點口感與服務品質方面仍有進步空間。此外，若餐廳能提供特別的壽星活動，將更能為顧客帶來難忘的慶祝體驗。儘管如此，波特廚房依然是個值得一試的餐廳，特別是對於喜歡較硬口感燉飯的朋友，還有披薩愛好者。不過，在光臨前，建議大家先了解餐廳的價位與餐點特色，以確保滿意的用餐體驗。
Located on the Art East Road ,Porter Kitchen is a spacious restaurant at 2F. However, the interior layout is a bit cluttered. Although the staff is quite attentive, they somehow managed to forget to serve some dishes, which is quite disappointing.
Today, we tried the risotto at Porter Kitchen, which has a harder texture compared to other risottos we've had before. While some people might prefer this texture, for us, we would prefer it to be a bit softer. As for the herb-flavored oven-roasted half chicken, the meat was a bit dry, and we could still see some blood traces after cutting it open. Nevertheless, the sun-dried tomato and frost-dropped beef with sesame leaf pizza performed relatively well, being the highlight of today's meal.
At Potter's Kitchen, the pizza is made to order, starting from the dough kneading process. The pizzas offered in the restaurant are all 8 inches in size. Featuring a hand-tossed crust that has been baked in an oven, this thin and elastic pizza is a must-try when you visit.
Porter Kitchen offers a diverse menu, featuring dishes like Caesar cheese Roman salad, sausage white wine clams with flatbread, sun-dried tomato and frost-dropped beef with sesame leaves, low-temperature duck leg truffle risotto, Japanese mentaiko squid ink risotto, and 21-day dry-aged crispy duck breast. The restaurant also sells wine.
It's worth mentioning that when we celebrated our friend's birthday at Porter Kitchen, we found out that the restaurant didn't provide any special birthday events. Coincidentally, there was a birthday celebration at the table next to ours, and we noticed a beautifully decorated plate of birthday dessert. Upon asking, we learned that the guests ordered it separately.
Overall, Porter Kitchen offers a variety of dishes at a mid-to-high-end price point, but there is still room for improvement in terms of food texture and service quality. Additionally, if the restaurant could provide special birthday events, it would make the celebration experience more memorable for customers. Despite these drawbacks, Porter Kitchen is still a restaurant worth trying, especially for those who prefer harder risottos and pizza lovers. However, before visiting, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the restaurant's prices and featured dishes to ensure a satisfactory dining experience.
